As a former lawyer at the FBI and Department of Justice, Craig is serious about safety. He will fight to implement proven solutions on issues including street safety and gun violence while working to foster positive relationships between law enforcement and the community.

Long Islanders aren’t getting their fair share as our current Senator doesn’t have a seat at the table. Craig would return our seat to the majority conference and ensure Long Island taxpayers are seeing investment in our local infrastructure and economy.

Voters in New York State will have the opportunity to codify abortion and equal rights into the state constitution this year. Craig will be educating voters throughout this campaign about the necessity of voting “Yes” on the Equal Rights Amendment (Proposition 1) to ensure every Long Islander is protected.

Climate change impacts us all, but District 2 faces a disproportionate burden as a coastal region. Without infrastructural resiliency, we will see grave damage to the region from a host of impacts, including coastal erosion and flooding. We need to implement solutions quickly and ensure Long Islanders are receiving the state funding necessary to protect our homes.

Housing costs and property taxes are going up while wages struggle to keep up with the rate of inflation. Craig will fight for common-sense solutions in Albany to reduce the financial burdens on Long Islanders so families can thrive in Suffolk County.
